OUR EXPERIENCE
Paris holds a MSc in Sport & Leisure Management from Loughborough University(UK) and a BSc in Physical Education & Sports Science from the University of Athens. She is the Founder & Managing Director of Premium Wellness, a leading company in corporate wellness, longevity, and holistic well-being in Greece.

With extensive experience in the wellness industry, Paris previously spent over a decade in a multinational wellness company, holding various managerial roles. She was also part of ATHOC of the 2004 Olympic Games and has provided strategic consulting services for numerous Health & Wellness Clubs in Greece and internationally.

Under her leadership, Premium Wellness has become a pioneer in designing corporate wellness programs that enhance employee well-being, productivity, and long-term health. Her expertise lies in wellness innovation, longevity-focused lifestyle strategies, and developing transformative wellness experiences for both individuals and businesses.

With extensive experience as a nutritionist, fitness, and yoga expert, she specializes in creating holistic approaches to well-being.
As the Head of Longevity Services at Premium Wellness, Julie leads the development of comprehensive longevity plans, offering metabolic analysis, health metrics assessments, Nutrigenetics testing, and 360-degree personalized plans that integrate nutrition, movement, and mental health for optimal long-term wellness.

Dr. Valentini Konstantinidou is a nutrigenetics researcher, a registered dietitian-nutritionist in Spain (CAT001746), and the founder of DNANUTRICOACH® and the Food Coaching methodology programs.
She has been a member of the American Society of Nutrition since 2012 (ASN) and she is an accreditated Practitioner Life Coach from the International Authority of Professional Coaching and Mentoring IAPC&M.
In 2015, she founded DNANUTRICOACH®, based in Barcelona, and since then she is accurately translating nutrigenetics knowledge into tangible, everyday recommendations for health promotion and disease prevention. A lifelong water sports enthusiast, Argie has been freediving since childhood and kite surfing since 2004. This journey led him to the Wim Hof Method, which he fully embraced during the pandemic, experiencing firsthand its transformative effects.
