Daily Sunset teachings and life rituals of Hatha Flow Yoga with Ricardo! This practice includes body positions (asanas), sun salutations, stretching & breathing exercises. The sunset and the breathtaking views combined with meditation, asanas and breathing exercises will lead your practise into a memorable training activity.

Sail away to the unspoiled and uninhabited island of Rinia. We will anchor in a secluded bay in Rinia to enjoy a long day on a fine, sandy beach all by ourselves. Lunch will be served on Yacht as well as a Wellness activity with Ricardo.

Mykonos is the most famous and cosmopolitan island of Greece, in the heart of Cyclades and the Aegean Sea. The island’s capital town (Hora), a tribute to the Cycladic architecture, spreads out over a wide area, an architecture that is characterized by the whitewashed houses with colorful doors and window frames, the cobblestone narrow streets, the churches and the bougainvillea trees, fascinates its visitors.
One of the most scenic corners of the island is Alefkántra or “Little Venice”, a district of the 18th century, dominated by the grand captains’ mansions with colorful balconies and stylish windows. Seeing these balconies perched over the sea, pictures of the famous Italian city spring to mind.

The ALEGRIA Estate, situated in a plot of 7.000sqm between the most cosmopolitan beaches of the island Kalo Livadi & Kalafatis, consists of 2 adjacent buildings of 1.500sqm.
It is a luxurious accommodation paradise, featuring 6 suites and 7 master bedrooms, all en-suite, of boho style chic decoration.
A maximum of 30 guests can be accommodated in the 13 en-suite bedrooms, inclusive of a Honeymoon suite, a Junior Suite and four Executive suites. The Estate offers unlimited sea view from all shared indoor and outdoor areas.
