    Daria has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching for the last 7 years.
    She is a Hatha and Anusara Elements yoga teacher and also a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher.
    She mainly teaches in private sessions and groups.Yoga classes are adaptable to all levels and the needs of the participants.
    During the last three years, she has also been teaching yoga and meditation to kids.

    Activities

    Moon Yoga & Meditation session, Morning Yoga on the beautiful beach, Vegan Cooking Workshop, Beach Party, Vegan Meals, Variety of Wine labels for Wine lovers and plenty of time to relax in this rejuvenating and relaxing environment of Dexamenes Seaside Hotel.

    This practice includes body positions (asanas), sun salutations, stretching & breathing exercises. The sand, the beach and sound of waves combined with meditation, asanas and breathing exercises will lead your practise into a memorable training activity.
    Awaken your soul with a sensual practice under the moon. This 60-minute flow and meditation is dedicated to honoring our intuition and creative essence. The practise will take place on the beach.
    Enjoy a healthy cooking class with Chef Panos Kourelas with Raw & Vegan food and get inspired for a more conscious and healthy lifestyle in your everyday life! Have you heard about his famous Vegan mousaka?
    A Beach party with fire and wine will offer us the time to get to know each other, have fun and experience unique summer moments on this beautiful beach.
    Share relaxing & revitalising moments with your loved ones with recharging dips in the beautiful ionian sea.

    Situated on Kourouta beach near the town of Amaliada, the hotel is an ideal outpost for sun-seeking and exploring the regions offerings, which includes an abundance of wineries.

    The resort also houses a Mediterranean restaurant offering bio, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choices, as well as a collection of archaeological sites, wineries and historical cities in the area.

    A postwar winery, has been transformed into a barefoot luxury resort on one of the most
    unspoiled stretches of coastline in the western Peloponnese.

    Dexamenes Seaside Resort is a unique, modern getaway with a simple, chic design. Built inside a former wine factory dating back to the 1920s, the property houses two large concrete blocks that are divided into two rows of ten storage tanks. Each one has been designed as an identical bedroom with an opening adjacent to the beach. The bedrooms are all connected by a wide promenade walkway raised above the sand and leading down towards the water.
